Shipping & Return of Merchandise

Shipping:

All orders are shipped from our facility in Franklin, West Virginia. CMI uses UPS exclusively as our shipping provider, which requires a customer phone number and physical address for shipping.

Export Consumer Customers: We require any customers not within the continental United States or Canada to use Paypal or wire transfer for orders placed through our website.

Return of Merchandise:

• Returns of non-defective merchandise will be credited against the buyer's account at original purchase price or at our published prices for discontinued or close-out items, less a 25% re-stocking charge.
• Returned items must be in new, salable condition, and in original packaging with all instruction sheets, etc.
• Please call 304-358-7041 for a return authorization number.
• Items may not be returned after 30 days.
• Items returned otherwise will be repaired, replaced or credited to buyers account at CMI's option. No credit will be allowed for return postage and handling.
